It is the Right Time to Leave Your Current Job

Working under the same employer for a long time is good to build your career. In some case, worki ng for a same company over a longer period of time may limit your careers. You may not get paid according to your skills. When your current company does the same thing, you should leave it. So, you should know the right time to change your job.

Lack of proper salary

Your strong working ethics are not always rewarded. Asking for more money will spring to most people's minds in this case. Your employer is responsible to give you an incremental salary with the increase your value. When you are working hard for your company for a long time, but, your salary remains constant, it is an alarm for you to leave the present position.

If you find limitation on your career progression

You should run away from the constant, steady rut. DonÕt confine yourself to a goal that has determined by others. You should keep a balance with your moving and goal. If you think that your current job is not fitted to full fill your ambition, it is better to look for a new one.

You are far away from your next step

You can not find better jobs from your present position in some cases. You can find a huge gap between your desired position and current position in some cases.  Evaluate your present status with your desired one. You should ask your boss frankly to give you a promotion. If he doesnÕt help you, tell him good bye politely.

Can get along with your boss

Is the relationship between you and your boss is good? Are your collogues helpful to you? Are the other managers making way for you? It is essential to get the support of the other allies of your office when you are hoping for a promotion. Determine, if you are in comfortable place or not. You should keep yourself in a good position for the next promotion.

If you dread the Monday sunrise

Most people dread Monday mornings. The alarm for the Monday morning makes us bored. But, when you fear the Monday sunrise, it is quite different. If every Sunday night you daydream of a lottery winning without going your office the next day, you are ready to look for a new job.
