Working under the same employer for a long time is good to build your career. In some case, worki ng for a same company over a longer period of time may limit your careers. You may not get paid according to your skills. When your current company does the same thing, you should leave it. So, you should know the right time to change your job.

Lack of proper salary

Your strong working ethics are not always rewarded. Asking for more money will spring to most people's minds in this case. Your employer is responsible to give you an incremental salary with the increase your value. When you are working hard for your company for a long time, but, your salary remains constant, it is an alarm for you to leave the present position.

It is essential to get the support of the other allies of your office when you are hoping for a promotion. Determine, if you are in comfortable place or not. You should keep yourself in a good position for the next promotion.
